I have Problem with a Temple and Copyright :/

Hi all.
when i install new temple , i have this error :

Sorry, the copyright must be in the template.

Its template not temple

And the theme you install, is it supported by SMF 2?

Looking at your forum I take it you've solved this issue.

But yes it can be either due to the theme not fully supporting SMF 2.X or incorrect/incomplete index.{language}.php files for your specific language.
