Sort By Date Added Insteed Of Date of Last Post???

Was wondering if there was a way to have the topics sorted by the original date by default... insteed of the last post in the topic. I was trying to create a site where i add topics and people reply to it but need them to stay sorted with the oldest one in the last page. and the one i created to be the first one even if no one replied to it.... Please Help!!!
