Cannot Connect?

How do I fix this?

Its possible that you entered some settings incorrectly. Check your database settings in your SMF settings.php file, it can be found in the root directory of your SMF installation.

How do I edit the settings.php?

Are you running 1.1.5 Try downloading repair_settings.php and uploading it to the root of your SMF install.
