Convert Failed

I tried converting from 1.1.5 to 2.0 last night and it failed.  I get this error:

The upgrader found some old or outdated files.

Please make certain you uploaded the new versions of all the files included in the package.

I have used the latest fileset and retried with both packages twice.

My forums are destroyed right now and the first thing i need is to get them back up.  I have a backup of all files and databases.  Right now i want a SMF 2.0 Forum with all my old members and posts.  How do i do that?

There is a bug with the upgrade script. It thinks that the latest version of SMF is 2.0 Beta 3 Public (not Beta 3.1 Public), so when it finds Beta 3.1 Public files, it assumes they're "old or outdated" since the version doesn't match the "latest".

The upgrade.php file attached here will work properly.

Okay super!  Thanks.  That worked but i get a new error now...  No details.  It just pops up and the upgrade stops.  Any ideas?
