Moderated = Muted & Muted = Moderated?!?

When I warn an user to make it moderate, I must put him Muted for that.
When I want to mute, I must make it moderate.

How to fix this?

Currently:
Moderated = Can't post
Muted = Note: this post will not display until it's been approved by a moderator. On submit: Can't post.

Any errors in the logs? Have you got the right settings in admin > Security and Moderation > Moderation, and the right permissions allowing these users to be moderated in your admin > permissions screen?

I have all of this. But, one thing was that in Features and Options, nothing was on. But, since I moved it and used another database, everything was on, but, was not in the page. So, I made them correctly.

I'll just try again and if that works, then, cool .

Apparently the issue is a bug in the beta, but it is fixed in the next one
