index.php not loading! Am i hacked ?

my site's index.php is not loading any other page is not loading. Am i hacked ? I'm scared. I just did enabled the attachments in the forum & after that all pages are not loading.

Solved it was hosting problem with some Squid problem. What is squid btw lol

It's a proxy server. Some web hosts use it for doing things like load balancing or caching pages to reduce load on their servers.
