To put limits of time the modified one of message

I have deactivated the option to modify messages after publicarlos. I have had problems with some users who were all along changing to the messages modifying them each short while and this disordered the thread and the conversation to the other users.  What would want is the following thing:  a MOD that allowed modifying the message to the users during certain time limit, x minutes, trascurrido that time the option to be able to modify the message disappeared to him so to usuary.  Thanks.
