A Bit of Glitches...

Firstly, here is my website: hxxp:www.mmorpghacker.co.cc/ [nonactive]

Here are some of the problems I encountered:

1) If you go to my website, you will notice that there is a 60% change the next page you press will become a white page. This makes my website almost impossible to make an account, and surf the pages. I remember I had the same problem with 1.1.5. I know the problem isn't with my webhoster, because my friend created the same forum with the same webhoster, but without this problem.

2) The verification code image on the registration is missing.

These glitches might take a while to fix. I need to fix the website a.s.a.p. Is it possible to downgrade? I don't want to do anything that will mess up the forum.

Thanks in advance.

it is not possible to downgrade.

A white (blank) page usually means one of a few things

1.) Php or the webserver's error display is off, and an error is occuring
2.) you are breaking the rules of a webserver module such as mod_security or mod_dosevasive (which both can trigger white pages) see Having problems with mod_security?

There are, of course, other possibilities, but lets assume this is an error for now.

I'd reccommend checking the error log for the forum as well as the error log for your webserver to see if the pages are throwing errors (the error log can be found in cPanel under 'error log', and in some systems you can find it as a file called 'error_log')  if you're not sure how to access your error log, you should ask your host how to access it :)

Can you please provide a phpinfo.php? (What is phpinfo.php?)

It's kind of hard to help when the site you linked to no longer has an SMF forum...

How do you correct this?

metallica48423

most of the time, the webhost must enable error logging.

but the options would be in httpd.conf for the webserver (if it is apache) and php.ini for php
