How do you delete events from the Calendar and change the forum displayed time?

I have SMF up and running but we need to be able to delete events from the calendar once they are posted.

Also, for some reason the time in the upper right hand corner of our forum is incorrect (it's an hour off). How can that be edited?

If you remove an event's associated message, the calendar item is removed as well.

SMF forum time is based on the server time. You can change this by going to:

Admin -> Features and Options -> Options -> Overall time offset

Members can further adjust this in their profiles.

Also in the Calender if you have applicable rights you'll see * next to the event entry.  Click that and you'll be able to edit/delete the event.
