Hi there, SMF 2.0 Beta 3.1 Public and all seems to be working fine except
when i look at my error log i see a lot of errors like these:

2: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource
File: /home/www/forum/Sources/ManageMaintenance.php
Line: 1940

2: fopen(/home/www/forum/cache/lang_index+Modifications_english_default.php) [<a href='function.fopen'>function.fopen</a>]: failed to open stream: Invalid argument
File: /home/www/forum/Sources/ManageMaintenance.php
Line: 1867

I emptied my cache to see if the problem was there maybe, but that didn't help.

The Board itself seems to be working fine so i am not to worried ;D

Double-check the chmod permissions of the cache directory is writeable and readable.

Gendji

I disabled cache and the errors where gone. Found out that it's impossible to change chmod with the provider i have. The chmod of the cache directory is 750 and for the files in it, 640.

Have to do without cache for now i suppose, dunno if that is a problem?

Thank you for your help.

You should complain to your host about that. You shouldn't notice much difference without the cache unless you have a large forum.
