Board Icon Issue

I just installed, SMF 2.0 Beta 3.1 Public installing the forum boards, i noticed the icons werent there instead it had "No New Post"

ive attached a screenie of it.

Ive searched admin panel nd so far not found where i can select icons, anyone know what i might be doing wrong?

Right clink that image and see what path is. It shows you where that image should be in.
