Display the name of the forum

hi!

how do i display the name of my forum on the index page? i've already placed a link to my image in the theme tab but it doesn't want to appear. right now it's a blank spot above the forum

IIRC, if you have admin > current theme > header logo url set, that will display instead of the forum name. 

is this the case?
