No mail works for me. Reinstalled SMF twice but no luck.
Please suggest.

I hope you don't mind I split the topic off from the other topic.

More details of what your settings are and what you have tried and exact version of SMF you are using.  Also did it ever work on previous version of SMF or you've gone straight for 2.x?

My server settings:

Did mail ever work with your settings of phpMail?  If not have you attempted to use SMTP?  Your server might not have phpmail working.

Well  I'm not much experienced at this but webmail via Cpanel seems to work fine, so does this mean SMF mail should work too?

Rumbaar

No webmail is your mail, not connected too or related to your SM forum.  phpmail (server module) isn't webmail (your mail).

Thanks thats clear now, I'll get in touch

ensure that the address under webmaster email actually exists on the server -- many hosts will not allow emails to be sent from a nonexistent account.

Then, contact your host to find out why their server is blocking the emails -- you may also ask for SMTP information if they utilize it and try that out.

I suppose this is solved now. My host disabled phpmail without notifying me sadly, they created SMTP mail from Cpanel and now all works great.
Thanks for the support.
