Error when after setting up site

I use SMF 1.1.5 on my other sites and everything is great. 

I am trying to setup another site with 2.0 ver 3 beta on a test server before I go ahead with my others forums. everything goes well during the set up

then when I launch the site all I get is a black dot on the screen.   here is what I get -------> ‹

I changed MYSQL database from 5.0 to 4.1 to see if this would cause it and I get same thing....  any ideas?

You have had forums with this host before (Godaddy?)

Try reuploading all of the files.

Yes that is where I have 2 other SMF forums held.   and I have tried deleteing the and reuploading the files 3X.

Ok I went back and tried the 1.1.5 ver and the same thing....

it has to be the server.   I have two others on paid godaddy servers and the one I am trying is the free server with hosted domain name.   I would have to say it is the servers fault for this problem how ever all 12 accounts I have with them along with the 2 paid are the same settings

but good to know it is not SMF.
