True, there's no Serbian -utf8 pack for SMF 2.0. I'll try to make one based on the non-utf8 one and will let you know.

You might also try to contact Daniel D. - the SMF Language Coordinator - and ask him if he has any updated Serbian -utf8 files. The available files are for Beta 2.1.
