How to show external text and pics in my smf forum?

Is it possible to show external text and pics from a html site on my smf forum?

What if his host does not support URL inclusion?

Although this is the only way i can see of doing it there are also frames/iframes which you could look into frames also allow you to put the page from any site into it as far as i know at least.
