Theme help

After all the changes in the template system for them YaBBse days- my brain is mush and for the life of me I cant figure out where the heck I can make changes in to my category boxes.
The css is right and the color of the current boxes match the background so Im not sure if its the color code or the blank.gif I keep seeing.

And I know once someone answers Im gonna smack myself but its really bugging me now...
