The BBCode buttons and the Quick-Modify button is not working with our theme (Orangeline by Crip).

I have no ideas... anyone know of a way to fix?

Thanks!

Caused by the javascript errors.

is that a 2.x compatible theme?

While the SMF upgrader does try to update themes to a working level, its not always able to do so to where the themes will work 100%.

However, if you can provide a test account maybe one of us can figure out where the javascript error is occuring.

Thank you SO much for helping us!

I have pm'ed you the account information. I granted you theme rights as well so you can check that out if need be.

EDIT:

I managed to fix the problem by replacing the .js files with the original from the smf 2.0 beta 3 installation! BUT we still have a problem with underline for some reason the underline tags are recognized as bbcode, but it never underlines. Very odd.

Can you check your Subs.php file:
array(
'tag' => 'u',
'before' => '<span class="bbc_u">',
'after' => '</span>',
),
As you can see the code now uses linked class instead of inline styles.  So your themes style.css has to incorporate all those various styles.  That is another reason why themes have to be fully 2.x compatible.  Look at the default style.css for those new styles.  You'll find most new ones at the very end of the file.
