You're probably installed mod for awarding your members.

You didn't tell us your SMF version.

You could post your installed mods and maybe leave us Load.php.

Refrain from posting several topics regarding an issue, it's frowned upon.
Also endeavour to post in the correct sections. The attached `load.php` file indicates that you are running SMF 2.0 Beta 3 Public and so this will be moved to the appropraite board.
You are getting that error because certain code has been redeclared twice in that file. These errors should not be there- it seems a mod was re-installed after uninstalling regardless of the modification parse errors that were shown.

Which mod did you recently install that has to do with awards?

yes i installed award mode
its name was simple award system
after installing i realized that it is not compatible with my virsion of smf
then i uninstalled it
but the error in profile is not solved
could you tell me what can i do

could you please attach the aforementioned file? What seems to have happened is the code edit was made to the file twice.

That may mean that other files were also double-edited.  I would check each edit to each file and make sure it was only done once and that only one instance of the code exists -- you can see what the mod does here:
