Couldn't seem to find the right place! Question about Forum Kings

I can't seem to re-install this mod using Package manager so I am trying to do it myself.

I follow the .mod file and change the files accordingly but I get a parse error on my template. I think this is the area of code on the index.template.php file:

Does anyone know if its the showbanner? That is causing the problem? Otherwise I am kinda lost because I know nothing about Perl!
