So does this turn all forum links into ad links so when you post them on twitter etc you get the ad redirect? Or all links everywhere...?

I think you might be missing the point of the question.

You're marketing your modification as a way to make money. However, you're saying you cannot use the modification to make money ==>

's purpose is clearly open. this mod can not be sold.
this mod's purpose is making money.

You'd better read the CC licence again. It says 'not for commercial use'.

Word of warning. Some adfly links are to malware, such as some downloaders which aren't at all nice^TM.

Not all links, by any means. But, some, for sure.

Appreciate you doing the mod, but if I went to a forum where the links all turned to adf.ly i would leave immediately, its one of the most aggressive forms of advertising along with skimlinks

I think there should be a lot more information in the description so users dont just install it and end up in a pickle

The instructions on what to do baffle me

I installed this mod to test it out.
Okay the mod says it will install but when I try to install my forum hangs on that page til it times out
I tried it about 4 times and ended up doing it my self as it is a simple edit.
But now where in the admin settings do I find it?
I can't register with 'fly' and add a code/key into the forum if I can't find where to enter it.
