Help!

I'm using this template and like it a lot! But I have a problem. I can't get the Log in box at the top right to work. When browsing as a guest it says welcome, and users can't log in or register by clicking on the links.

Is there a spot in the template I could correct or look at? I wouldn't mind just taking this part out.
