Forums Database Crashed?

Hi, I havnt made any changes to my forum in atleast a week. But earlier on today it went down.. the database is crashed it says.

But i havnt upgraded or anything.. all my files are the same as they were yesterday.. and the day before.. i havnt upgraded the files and not the database.

Could someone offer me some advice please?
It says execute the latest version of upgrade.php.. where can i get the latest version?

Go into phpMyAdmin and click on your database. Select the smf_log_online entry (check the box). Then scroll all the way down and click on the Select All link. On the drop down menu, choose Repair table.
