I take it it says Nothing, or nothing you can see.

It means that the action or whatever it may be they are looking at doesn't truly exist. Its really nothing to worry about As in like ?action=iojjfdfds would probably make that appear, but I am not completely sure.

That just means they are trying to access an area that doesn't have a specific define action in the index.php array.  Nothing of any concern and most likely they are being redirected to a login screen.

I'm not sure what you mean?  As an admin you'll be able to see their IP, but other shouldn't when looking at the list.  They wont be able to see other peoples IP's.

Well the IP's are clearly listed in your attached image.  If those are the guest entries you are referring too
