Is there anyway I can use SMF's posting page [with all the BB codes and stuff] on a PHPBB forum? I really like the way SMF has it laid out, but I have to use PHPBB.

No.  Not with a whole lot of shoehorning the code into phpbb

This is SMF. If you *have* to use phpbb, then please ask phpbb support (I hear they're good when dealing with phpbb! )
