[Theme] Smiley for 1.0.x and 1.1 RC1

this theme is a slight modification of my loon themes with new graphics. i also created a fitting smiley set.

french and german buttons are also available.

Not sure which fonts you used so this was the closest I could come up with... I had to make this so Smileys would work with the view all posts with attachments mod.... Just right click and save in Themes/smiley/images/english/

How can i change the background color for pinned topics,At moment it is showing as Dark Blue text on a Black background & text hardly shows.
