Moderating Tools... How To Turn On?!

How do I get these icons to appear in my topic display and in the posts?

I just went thru all the Admin functions and Profile settings and am obviously missing something.  I'm using v2.0 b3.1

An example of what I'm talking about is the icons that are all located in the right side like this...

I can't seem to turn on the "sticky" "delete" "move", etc etc icons

Go into your profile.

Layout Preferences > Show quick-moderation on message index as [select box]

Choose "icons".
