[Albanian] Home button problem!

Hi guys,

I've converted my gaming forum to SMF last night. I am very happy with it and so are the members. I've found out that there's an Albanian language package but when i converted it to Albanian (from English) where the home button is should write: Shtepia/Forumi but instead it writes TakimeForum?!?

Now TakimeForum is a social forum and apparently the guy who translated this wanted to get some attention by putting the name of his forum in the HOME button.

How do i change that button?

Please advice.
