How upload a video to smf 2.0?

I tried uploading a video file to my forum but it keep on showing me this "Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message.
No subject was filled in.The message body was left empty"

The vid only 23 second lond. Will I need mods addons? please help

You can upload it but the attachment size limit will be restricted by the upload limit set in the php settings.

Most likely the timeout is because of the filesize and because php will normally restrict uploads to 2MB.

For something this large it would probably best to upload it via FTP and link to it or use a download host.
