Changing the news and adding a new skin

I'm new too this so I have 2 questions 

Where do you get the new skins from?
and
How do you edit the news box at the top, thanks alot

Fourm Moderator n/a 322  Modify  - n/a??? huh I wan't to make people this rank, it's a specail but it's not on the list  .......Primary Membergroup:   (no primary membergroup) Administrator Moderator, it's not list there

I did it just says add them to the forum. But I wan't it like the rank admin/moderator, and why does it have N/A

A member only shows up as "Moderator" if they are a moderator on that board.

Example: Douglas, Ben S., andrea and Peter Duggan will all show up as "Moderator" when they make a post on this board. Everywhere else, Douglas and Ben S. show up as Support Specialist, andrea shows up as Lead Support Specialist and Peter Duggan shows up as Lead Doc Writer.

If you want to give someone moderator powers on the entire board (without having to assign them as a Moderator on every board), then make them a Global Moderator (as opposed to a "local" (board-only) Moderator). Hope that helps.

Global Moderator, I renamed as a rank I wan'ted but is not on the list it says n/a

Let me clarify: if it says N/A, it's Local Moderator.  It will not say that for Global Moderators.  Period.
