i get this error at evry mod upload

Execute Modification modification.xml Modification parse error
2. Execute Modification - Modification parse error
this error is on evry mod upload even when i haved smf 1.1.5
this may cause all my troubles?
cant use mods, themes
i upload them with download packages
i dont know evyelse way to upload

Sorry for late reply, please FTP into your account (How do I use FTP? / What is FTP?), Navigate to the Packages dir - create a dir called "temp" and chmod it to 777 then try to Install the package.
You should read the stickies here, please - follow the guidelines to start support queries.

same dunno some invisible error i cant start that mod for fixing or whatever it is
look here can you come register to my forum and i give you admin rights them i give you my ftp server acc and pass then see if you can fix ?
pls can you do that? just post somewere in the forum i will do backup for anycase

reaching is the best..
found out that i need to make temp file
the problem is the file is gone after the mod is uploaded and i need to make another for other mod its ok that
not i wanted to install advaced reputation system and vbuletin meta tags
this error i get when i pres istall
