Can anyone ell me wheer and how i can change the template to use buttons instead of tect please i would be much apriciated.

It would require many many changes, and would make your forum far less accessible and usable. Why do you want to do that?

i like buttons lol, ok maybe changing the font,colour and size may help it it just looks abit poop sometimes

You might want to take a look at the Babylon theme and see how it does it.  I think a few changes to key template files will do it.
