Did you set the global SMF permissions under

Admin -> Permissions

No, I can't find anything to do with Articles

There should be a set of permissions on that page.  If you modify each group for each membergroup that controls who can see the articles button and other permissions such as adding articles, comments etc.

When I click "View Ratings" iI see the user but nstead of seeing stars I see [X] - the image of the star is not found.

I wanted all my articles to be posted in a forum of my choice. Anyway that can be done? Or did I miss it somewhere?

BTW, I hit *add a article* in any topic, it returns me to the main page. Running SMF Beta 4 and Simple Portal. Shouldn't there be a *add a article* where it says *new topic* too?

Two weeks ago, it was updated. I think mod writer still cares for it or else he wouldn't update it upon a security issue.

am I wrong ?

I don't think so since that has been the update change was 10 lines of code in like over a year

Yes actually you are right, it was just a security fix. But there are so many people using seo4smf

actually I tell this as an excuse not for them but just because I need it, that is why I may seem a bit egoist, sorry dude, never mind I am going crazy =)

i know "This operation isn't vital to the installation of this mod." but i realy want to install everything.

Well, like a list of: recent comments in the article section, most rated articles, most commented articles, top submitters. But most of all I would like to see a list of recent articles (similar like the ssi function recent topics).
