Unable to register

Please help i have had all sorts of trouble lately with smf, through fault of my own i admit though

my latest problem is i have just installed 2.0 beta 3.1 and set up all the boards ready to open for new registrants but i tried to register a test account and it just hangs. there is nothing in the error log and it doesnt find any errors when i click on "find and repair any errors"

as you can see, i have already started uninstalling some i felt might have attributed to the problem but to no avail.

i have tried in different browsers to register but do not have another computer i could try from.

could somebody try to register a test account and see if they get the same problem please?

Can you try it from a totally fresh install and see if you're able to register.  Then install each mod and test each time.  I haven't checked but are all those mods 100% 2.x compliant?
