Global notify?

Is there way to set SMF in the Admin mode so that all members get notified of new posts/replies?

No, there is no such feature. If you had loads of users and you wanted to notify them on every post, your sever would soon crash. Hence why there is no feature like this.

You can perform a sql commend to do it, but it would be manually updated for new members and like Jerm as said it will crash your SMTP server most times or create spam issues with your host if you've got more than a few members and only a few posts a day.
