No Resizer to WYSIWYG Editor (Solved)

After updating from beta 2.0 Beta 3.1 to 4.0, I can't see the resizer to the WYSIWYG editor window.

Forum Maintenance - Detailed Version Check shows that all files but those below are of SMF 2.0 Beta 4:

I used the Small update to update to 2.0 Beta 4 Public.

Any suggestions?
