Guest Search Error

Found these two errors after a guest tried to search to forum from the login page while not allowed to do so.
Version:            smf2beta4public
mods installed:
                         More spiders
                         The Rules
                          Email Validator
                          Apache Error Handler
                          Auto Embedded Video/Audio

Search method is: Fulltext index.
