Just wondering if it is possible to show on each post, the post number.

IE:  If there are 9 posts, the last one would show a number 9.

I find this would make telling someone which POST to look at much easier than saying the 4th one on the 8th page..  Just say 74.

Is there a setting to turn this on / off that I am missing?  If not, would be very handy...could someone tell me quickly the code to change to make mine do it?   I use 2.3.1

Thanks,

- Greg

You should noticed, by default, the Reply # just under the posts titles of each post :)

Yes, I do see that now.. I am blind!!  hehe  thank you..

Is there a way to put that number somewhere else..  Say the far right top corner of each post..  This would make it very easy to see for everyone.

Thanks again.. I can't believe I never noticed that sitting right there...

Well I think it easy enough for people to see it at the moment, but I think it's either in the Display.template.php or Post.template.php files.
