The package in my previous post should work for smf 1.1.11

It all says test successful, but nothing is there.

If you are using a theme other than the smf default, and it uses its own Display.template.php, Profile.template.php and/or Register.template.php, then you will need to manually add the code to those templates.
You can use a Package Parser located [HERE] for direction with your manual installation, it isn't set for smf 1.1.11, but I believe it will still show you all the necessary edits you'll require.
If you need assistance with the above, attach any or all of the before mentioned templates, and I or another will take a look for you.
