I just installed a portal package, but it doesn't work, and now I can't access my forum, how can I remove it if I can't access the page to do so.

You should be able to manually uninstall it.

As you have SMF 2, I suspect that you are using PortaMX, its still in beta so its bound to have some issues, but you can get support for it on their forums:

Which version of PortalMX did you install? I can help you if I know the version.
