Scheduled & Aged Article Posts/Emails For Various Member Classes

I would like to have a feature where an article for premium members will become visible/readable/released to other non-premium members after x hours.

The generalized solution is to be able to write an article and specify a release date and time (call it Time0) to a particular membership class.  The article has an ID or reference number.  In a control panel the article ID can be put in any other membership class/group which implies that it should be available for that class/group.  If the time delay variable is left blank (defaults to 0), it means release immediately.  Else, either a release date and time is specified or calculated by reference to Time0, e.g. Time0+9:15, meaning to be released 9 hours 15 minutes after Time0.  This allows articles or posts to be scheduled for release ahead of time and released or made available at different times after initial release (Time0) to various non-premium memership classes or groups. 

The advantage of pre-scheduling and time offset is that you can have articles written ahead of time and be sure that they will be released at exactly the time and place (group or membership class) you planned.  You don't have to try to remember to do it and then miss.  This is particulary convenient when you'll be away.

There are many ways of using such a scheduling feature.  For example, if you want to write a stock report, you may want initially only premium members to read it, and release to other members after 24 (or whatever delay) hours.  Or you may want to have the article you just finished on Friday night to be released only on Monday morning after 9:30 a.m., etc.

Entending this concept, one may want to be able to schedule emailing of newsletters in the same manner for similar or other reasons.  For example, a free version of a newsletter is delayed by x (say 24) hours compared to paid subscriptions, etc.
