How can i get coloured names everywhere like here [nofollow]?

It is found in your Administration functions

Admin->Edit Membergroups

You can change the colors there.

I would also very much like to know how to do this.
I'm comfortable with editing PHP (very much so, if I do say so myself), but I don't want to go through every file it would need to be in, if that's not what I need to do.
