Advanced profile settings (can't change avatar etc.)

Hi, everyone! I have a problem with 2.0b4. In admin's panel i set permission for users to change advanced profile settings (public data or smth) but they can't acces that page, because ther's no link in the "See Profile" section. In the menu on the left on that page, under the "Account Settings" link there is a blank space. It appears that this is the place for the missing link.
How can I bring up that link?

What is your forum's main language?

Have you got any profile specific mods installed?  Is the Polish language you are using full 2.x BETA 4 compatible?

If you set the forum to English, does the options show up now?  If so it's a language issue, if not it's a permissions issue.
