New Posts - Different Shades of Purple?

Is it just me or do the new post indicators have different shades of purple?  I can't tell if my eyes are playing tricks on me.  There aren't two different shades in the key.

Wait I get it if there is something new on the child board it is light purple.  Might want to put that in the key though....

Really? They aren't doing that for me...  But seriously you should put the light purple = new in child board in the key.

the pulsing one is supposed to be new posts ONLY in child boards... so missing from "new in child board " is the word ONLY.
at least to my understanding.

aaai... I'm starting to trip out now....
wasnt the regular new posts icon brighter... and called on.gif... not on2.gif...?
but anywho... I think having the pulsing one in the key could be cool...
easily a template thing of course tho ;)

The pulsing one means new, the non-pulsing one means new in the children.

Well it's not pulsing for me.  The new in parent board is purple.  The new in child board is a more translucent purple, with the child board in bold.

No matter what it's supposed to be it should be in the key.

Getting wasted would also make it pulse, do I have to move this over to bugs for people to take me seriously?

Well then why isn't it pulsing for me?  IE 6.0, Windows XP Home.

And this IS a suggestion: You should have the child board thing, in the key.
