See, but suggestions and bugs are different.  Further, the forum doesn't make it pulse, your browser does.  So if you want to post a bug report I suggest you look in the direction of microsoft.com. (although they don't have trackers.)

Okay, make me a key image (in Dutch, German, Spanish, and English... but I'm terrible with graphics..) and I'll put it there.

It's hardly a bug though - it's an animated gif - if it doesn't pulse there is something wrong, works fine on IE/Moz/Firebird. heh

Why not just put a title="New posts in Chit Chat" or title="New posts in the Joke Board" or something similar on the images?

That could get pretty unwieldy if there were new posts in more than one child of the same parent!
