How much time?

I'm using the invision converter, and it's been 2 hours now and still it's converting the topics.
is that normal?
there is 38477 posts, i don't think it's should take that long.

with many posts it could take awhile , it does few topics at a time to avoid overloading your server .

I am not actually sure how long it should take , there are a few people who have converted from larger forums. Hopefully they can tell you or you can search around this forum My forum only had 6,000 topics when I converted so it didn't take that long

It shouldn't take very long with only 38,000 posts.  Definitely not more than two hours.

Are you familiar with phpMyAdmin?  What is phpMyAdmin?
