Quick Question, Sticky Organization?

Let's say I have 3 sticky topics, how do I arrange which ones I want at the top and so forth.  I have tried and tried to figure this out but I can't and I did a search and got nothing.

I've used that mod and it works well. The only unfortunate thing is that you have to reorder the topics manually whenever you post a new sticky or update one.
