Fatal error...

I was uninstalling a package and I got this when I try to load the web page.

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/orderoft/public_html/bsk/Sources/Subs-Aevac.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php52/pear') in /home/orderoft/public_html/bsk/Sources/Subs.php on line 2428

When I click the [function.require] I get this:

Not Found
The requested URL /bsk/function.require was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can you please help.
