phpbb to smf problem: not all users transported

Hello,
I'm just ran the phpbb2_to_smf converter, and all the posts from phpbb was ported over great, but only 7 out of the 63 users are showing up!  Can someone please advise

also, when running the conversion, when it was time to run 'convert attachments', i had the following error:

I figured it out 

One person in the phpbb userbase had '0' as its respondent number, and was assigned a value of 70 for the smf, which was already taken by another phpbb user... so now alls good and I'm really enjoying the forum
