How to change number of characters in topic title

Sorry guys, I can find a setting to change the allowed length of posts but I cannot find a setting to change the allowed length of a topic title!  Please can you point me in the right direction?

Bumpity-bump.  Anyone?  My co-admin is complaining that she can't fit her titles in the box.

Not entirely sure there is one.

Ya can always say to the co -admin to start the titel such as this is the story then place the rest as the topic title.

Nope. Sorry, it's not where I thought it was.

I was thinking of SMF v1.x and it's totally different with the new one.
